Located in the picturesque "passage-Lanriec" neighborhood, with its walks along the shoreline of Concarneau, family and quiet, and with direct access to the city enclosed by the sea with the ferry. This neighborhood facing the walled city walls, formerly in perpetual evolution, has seen workers, fishermen and markets pass through, giving a certain charm and a steep footprint full of history at this place.
