At the bottom of the street sits Ocean Grove Park with its children’s playground and popular monthly produce market. Encompassing relaxed, coastal living, this home is immediately inviting with its sunny green front yard and pebbled alfresco dining area. Cook up a feast on the outdoor BBQ or make the most of the fully equipped kitchen just inside. It’s kitted with modern stainless-steel appliances including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. An eight-person timber dining table makes it easy to come together for a shared meal at home or for those needing to set up their laptop. In the evenings, relax in the plush living area with a wall-mounted TV, sound system and plenty of books to choose from. There is air-conditioning and heating, keeping things comfortable year-round. Rest easy in three generous and thoughtfully styled bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed along with a single bed; the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds, sleeping seven guests in total. The mix of configurations is ideal for those travelling in a group or with kids. The main bathroom is well presented with a shower, toilet and large vanity with plenty of storage space for your belongings. Besides the kitchen, guests will also have access to an internal laundry with a washing machine, dryer and separate basin, adding to your everyday convenience. There is free parking available on the driveway as well as free street parking right outside. Please note that only the rear yard is fully enclosed. Complimentary toiletries and consumables are provided for your comfort upon arrival. Once consumed, we kindly recommend that guests bring or purchase their own for the rest of their stay.
