Kirkland Studio in Kendal

Our self contained studio flat is perfect for a warm and cosy escape with no WiFi or TV, for a single person or a couple. A child bed/cot available on request. Situated in an historic building in one of the oldest parts of central Kendal, it has 4 large south facing windows and a side view to the beautiful parish church. We have decorated it to a high standard giving compact, comfortable accommodation. The living/sleeping space has one double bed. Sorry! it is not suitable for pets. The space As you will see in the pictures, our studio flat gives our guests a large living sleeping area with a kitchenette area for cooking/dining. There is also a private well-fitted bathroom with a walk in shower and a large heated towel rail. An electric stove keeps the studio warm. During the colder months, we lay a complimentary fire in the wood burner stove to be extra cosy! We are in a conservation area so only fuel provided may be used. Guest access The approach to our studio is from a paved courtyard sitting area. An outside door leads to a shared carpeted lobby with a staircase up one floor, to the entrance door of our studio flat. Within our studio the living/sleeping, kitchenette and bathroom are private to our quests.
