Abri d'artiste, has the spirit of an Artist, is a hide away gem with space, views and lots character to enjoy. Yet 2km for the lively bastide town of Duras. And all the goodies it offers, markets, restaurants and bars with the convenience shops, super markets and pharmacy. We are very Close to Plum Village New Hamlet (2km). The property is set in the orchards, vines of the French country side. The space The property is a pretty stone farm house, set on top of a hill, in the picturesque village of Baleyssagues, 2 km from the lively town of Duras. The guest suite is all on one level, with terracotta floors through out, here are lots of windows and doors to enjoy access to the mature gardens. It is a very generous space and very comfortable, approx 90 sq metre, the bedroom and en suit bathroom are private from the salon. The adjoining large salon has a basic kitchenette for your convenience. Guests participating at Plum village retreat should contact me about a discount for week stays. Its a special area very tranquil, set among the vineyards, hazelnut orchards with walks and view to enjoy. We recommend walking, cycling in the area, or visiting the local Bastide towns. We have all the details of local wines and restaurants available.
