You'll love my place because of the modern comfort (wifi, air conditioning) in a vacation style with the terrace and the small pool in an urban environment. It's a small place. Please note, the bed is on a mezzanine, steep staircase. Non-convertible sofa. The neighborhood is quiet with all the shops nearby and the tram with the train station in 15 min, the center in 25 min. Access by car is easy and there is parking. The nearby ring road to get to the Arcachon basin or St Emilion.
