Bathing suits for women and swimming trunks/shorts without zippers for men. Use of head caps for women is strongly recommended. There is NO LIFEGUARD AT THE POOL AREA. Guest/s shall be solely responsible for their own safety. The CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION and Unit Owners or Hosts shall not be held liable for any damages/loss of property within the premises, accidents, or personal injury/ies sustained due to the unreadiness, unavailability, use, misuse and abuse of the facilities or malfuction of equipment or tampering or vandalism or poor maintenance of the SWIMMING POOL. LITTERING within the area is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. CLEANLINESS and PROPER DISCIPLINE must be observed at all times.
