Mister blue, private terrace to relax ,Chora Ios

A small white house with blue windows, in the heart of the Aegean, was always my dream! That's how everything started and now I own this tiny house of 27sqm in the magical town of Ios island. This place was a small cafe before. Was abandoned for about 20 years and, as i like to transform, I turned it to a cosy nest for my family. The idea was a polymorphical place that has everything we need in a small house . I hope that you will love this place as I do!!! The space *About SLEEPING The house is a studio, with 2 double beds (1, 50*2,00)that the one is under the other and can move with wheels. So the bed is a bit higher than normal beds. *About COOKING There is a kitchen - corner, a small fridge, an electric stove with two hot plates and an oven to cook,a toaster and 2 coffee makers,a filter coffe maker and a nespresso coffe maker. You will find 3 kind of coffees, filter, espresso, nescafé and Greek coffee, sugar and tea. There are plates, glasses and cups, also applies to cook if you wish to. Salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil also at your disposal. The water is NOT DRINKING in the island, don't even cook with it. There is a fountain opposite the church that has water for cooking. To drink, I suggest that you buy (2,5€ the 6pack big bottles at the corner shop ) *About CLOTHES There is an 1930 's antique wardrobe, gift of a friend. There are hungers inside and 2 drawers. *About the BATHROOM The bathroom is simple with shower and hot water .You will find shampoo,soap, conditioner, shower gel . Of course there is toilet paper.. The bathroom is not renovated. *About the HOUSE There is a ceiling fan that offers a nice atmosphere when it gets hot.Another small one is in front of the bed. There is also an A/C for the hot days.The house is not really hot because lays close to the windmills, so almost always there is the fresh cycladitic air that flows around. Has 3 windows, the 2 of theme you can leave open also the hole night if you wish!! There is a small TV, but few they are interested of watching TV in Ios island!! However there is a box that turns TV to smart so you can connect to your account, netflix etc. *About the TERRACE The very exciting thing of my property is the terrace where you can relax laying on a large bed watching the very picturesque village of the island, plenty of lights and churches!! There is a bed and a sofa around a low table, enough large so we can also eat there something we cooked or something that they delivered from a restaurant. The terrace is private , use only for our guests. No visitors are permited to stay there. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. THE IDEA IS TO RELAX THERE. BEWARE OF THE STEPS that they lead to the terrace!! *About those that they want to DISCOVER the island by car. °ombrella for the beach THE HOUSE IS NOT RENOVATED Guest access Visitors have access in the interior house and the exterior terrace. No cars pass and the street is very quiet.The months July and August is getting a little bit noisier, as the hole village is full of tourists, but the street is not a passage!! Other things to note A quarter walking , you can reach Mylopotas or Kolitsani beaches and also the port. There is also a public bus that passes nearby. The parking is in 200m from the house. for those that they carry pets without a crate: there's no way to transfer them neither with bus or taxi 🥲 unfortunately greek lows are not pet friendly at all and I am against this but that's how it works.
