Waterfront studio for two (No2)

Located only few steps from the beach, enjoy your stay. Studio is only 15 min away from the City marina and historic Old town. It's a perfect match for couples or friends. No parking (guests will need to find parking in paid parking zones on the street) The space Simple and functional little studio, 15m2, is located in the attic of the family house, directly on the seaside promenade in a quiet neighborhood. There is a private balcony on the north side of the house as well as huge window which keeps the room airy and bright throughout the day . Studio has equipped kitchenette where you can prepare simple meals and private bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi is free of charge. We provide starter supplies of toilet paper (2 rolls) and is expected from the guest to purchase additional rolls after the initial supply is depleted Other things to note We don’t offer daily towel changes like hotels. One bath towel and one hand towel are provided per guest at check-in. For stays of 7 nights, we refresh towels once midway through the stay. Additional towel changes can be provided for an extra fee if you’d like. All visitors to Montenegro should register their stay and pay a daily tourist tax. This needs to be done within 24 hours of your arrival. Host will do the registration on your behalf. The tax costs EUR 1.00 per day for adults and for children aged 12-18 years 0.50 per day. For children under 12 it is free but they still have to register. This price list applies from 15.06. till 15.09. (high season). Keep hold of this registration card until the date of your final departure from Montenegro, you may be asked to provide it at the border when you leave.
