Sit back and relax on the balcony or in the living room which the owners personal unique touches that makes it special! The space First and foremost this is a place where you can Holiday all year around! The views are always there in Summer or Winter!! As you first stroll onto the property around the back you will notice a lovely area where you can relax and sit with your favourite beverage and a bite to eat. Watch the kids or and dogs play on the grass area. First entering the home you will be in the 'Teenager/kids retreat'...they will want to claim this area instantaneously! Meander up the stair case and head into the very well equipped kitchen and then into the spacious living area with the view to die for!! Or pop out to the balcony sit back and soak up the views. Bedrooms very comfortable with great beds to sleep on! Roomy master bedroom with a private balcony. A Winters Holiday in mind...… sit around the wood combustion fire in the living room and soak up the scenery! The perfect retreat!! Guest access Entire House and yard. Other things to note LINEN OPTION: Initially when you book a $60 linen fee is included (this provides sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, flannels and beds made). If you prefer to bring your own linen just let us know after you book and we can simply refund the fee by an option on Airbnb called 'Send or Request' which would go through a day after your check in. Quilts and pillows are provided. BEDS REQUIRED TO BE MADE: Upon booking please let us know which beds/rooms to make up. HUNGRY? Just down the road the local Deli at Yilki where you can source your basic needs including bait for fishing! Beach House café has great Pizza oven Pizzas, with a funky seaside feel. Or Fish 'n' Chip shop for takeaway....take it home and eat on the balcony with the views!! This Holiday home is close to everything!
