Tennis court only with court shoes, and no using of the tennis lights (daytime use only). Pool and jacuzzi are accessible and pertain to the home, not shared. Slide is off limits until further notice, thank you. Access to the “Cabana room” down by the pool area by reservation only. (*separate fee-please inquire if interested. Has: a kitchen with sink, dishwasher, dining table for four, additional lounge chairs and folding chairs, bathroom with shower, indoor ceiling fan, refrigerator and freezer, a pair of tennis racquets, beach towels; all at the lower level by the pool, great for getting some shade and being comfortable down by the Pool area). Other things to note All beds are of the highest quality Stearns and Foster mattresses. Property has been recently remodeled, with new flooring, paint, and furniture. Also, please be mindful/careful of the antiques. There is a quaint view of a portion of the Redlands cemetery from the back of the house and windows. No unauthorized guests. —-That means the number of persons reserved should be the ONLY ones at the property, UNLESS previous permission has been given. Failure to abide by the rules may result in at least the loss of deposit; the stay WILL be canceled and the entire group will be asked to leave** Who is an unauthorized guest? -An unauthorized guest is a person that is not on the reservation. Doesn’t matter if they’re not staying over. **security surveillance equipment is mounted to the exterior of the home** **No loud music outside!** **No profanity or racial epitaphs are to be used as there are children in this familiar neighborhood** Any music should be only audible enough for you and your guests to hear, not the whole neighborhood. Be respectful to neighbors and the quiet area this residence is located in. I value my neighbors and their right to enjoy their homes. **Outside lights will automatically go off at 10pm. This means no jacuzzi or pool after those hours, nor outside activity** NO exceptions. -At check in (subject to availability), my handyman Greg will meet your group at the property to give the initial tour, including where and how to turn on AC units and pool/spa functions.
