Big, flat available for groups

Big One bedroom flat but room and lounge are big. There are double, single and single beds in the flat. I don’t normally provide beddings but I charge £5 each for beddings. Please ask for more info. Other things to note Guests who stay long period for more than a month and get a discount have to pay for bills if the bills are more than normal. I don’t normally accept booking for one or 2 nights as I prefer longer bookings but sometimes that could be ok depending on availability and price. Also, there is extra charge for early check in and late check out. Mainly £20p/h. At busy weekends there is a charge for bedding as £5 each person. There is aslo £20 key deposit. Strictly no parties in this flat. Please ask for details
