Yup, that's probably the tiniest one on Airbnb – 13 sqm / 140 sq ft. Challenge accepted! Yet it has all the essentials (bathroom, Wi-Fi, LCD, washing machine, electric hob, BALCONY, etc.). Located in the central, green part of Warsaw – Powiśle. LATE CHECK-OUT MON–FRI. EARLY CHECK-IN also usually possible on weekdays. Regular/flexible on weekends (TBD). 2026: BRAND NEW BATHROOM, floor, etc. NOTE: This is a friendly BACKPACKERS place, not a top-notch hotel. CORE AIRBNB, one-man army. The space It’s a beautiful, HISTORIC BUILDING, and this flat was created in its current form after the war. I inherited it from my grandfather and lived here myself for many years. Some of the furniture is still from those times. I do everything myself, as best as I can, but please note: this is not a freshly renovated modern apartment. ONE PUBLIC BUS ride from Chopin/Okęcie Airport. BALCONY overlooking the park. As for the studio... The kitchen is part of the (living/bed)room: there’s an electric hob and a refrigerator. No dishwasher, but otherwise it’s fully equipped — you’ll be able to prepare a proper meal. There’s also a Nespresso coffee machine (some capsules complimentary), tea, sugar, salt, etc. In the room you’ll also find a 20" LCD TV with CHROMECAST and lots of Polish channels, a DVD player, and some movies. There’s fast Wi-Fi (150 Mbps). You also have a washing machine. When you're done sightseeing, eating, drinking, washing, and watching, you can get a decent sleep on a queen-size convertible sofa (191×130 cm). The shower is in a tiny bathroom with a regular-sized (wink 😉) toilet — all private, within the apartment. NOTE: The shower cabin isn’t brand new — sorry! — but I keep it as clean as possible with my very own hands. SHEETS and TOWELS — fresh, ironed, and clean — are waiting for you. Hair dryer, iron + ironing board also included. There’s a lot of useful stuff here: you’ll also find a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher — I’m a pro! 😎 I have a few cool local guidebooks, great for hipsters and food lovers. Please note: this is not a 5* hotel and the stuff here isn’t brand new. But it’s cosy, full of charm, and I’m doing my best to be the perfect host... Think of it as a friendly backpackers’ kind of place. 🌟 Guest access You'll get your key and are basically free to do whatever you want — except destroying stuff or throwing loud parties. 😉 CHECK-OUT ON WEEKENDS: If there's a check-out on the same day as your check-in (or vice versa), we'll need to find a person-to-person solution. If we can't arrange it, we'll stick to ‘hotel rules’: check-in after 12:15 PM, check-out before 11:30 AM. Most check-ins and check-outs are automated (doormat system). 😊
