The apartment is at the foot of the Grande Plage and the city center. It is quiet and bright. It is 51 m², located on the 2nd floor (with elevator). It has been recently renovated and refurbished. It includes a cellar on the ground floor where you can store your surfboards, golf equipment,... A guarded covered parking space is included with the reservation, it is located 10 min on foot (Indigo Centre-Ville Gare). Paid public parking is at the foot of the building (car and motorcycle) - free for 1 hour - The space The accommodation includes: - A living area: Equipped kitchen, opens to living room, dining table. TV lounge (Netflix/Freebox channels), coffee table, armchairs and sofa (non-convertible), board games. Desk. Fiber internet via Wi-Fi (and cable if needed). - A bathroom with a large thermostated shower (rain and hand shower). Towels and shower/shampoo included. Washer-dryer (+ drying rack). Hooks for towels and beach towels. - A separate restroom. - A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed 160 x 200 cm, a large closet/wardrobe and a dresser. The room is quiet, overlooking a courtyard. - One bedroom with 2 single pull-out beds (which can be combined to make a double bed). The room is quiet, it overlooks the Cours Blossac. A baby kit is available for €15 for the entire stay. It includes: a travel crib (mattress + mattress topper), a small bathtub, a changing mat, a folding stroller, a high chair, a beach tent, a step, and a potty. Two beach loungers and two beach mats, as well as an umbrella, are available. A cellar on the ground floor is available to store your surfboards, golf equipment, etc. To facilitate your arrival and departure: cleaning is included, towels and basic products also, beds are made on arrival. In summer, two efficient and quiet fans are available. The exterior shutters are very good heat protectors. In winter, high-performance heaters are regulated by thermostat according to your desired temperature. Extra duvets are available. Guest access The apartment is located: - in the city center on a residential street, - a short walk from the large beach and the sea wall (40 meters/130 ft), shops and restaurants, a bike rental company, Ile Penotte, - 5 min walk to Les Halles market, Arago market, historical heritage, - 10 min walk to SNCF train station, cultural places, - 15 minutes' walk to the auction, a casino and the ferry (for the wild coast and the quays of La Chaume). Everything is in walking distance. If you want to go a little further (salt marshes, wild side and forest, Port Olona, cinema and bowling, Tanchet - thalasso - zoo), you will find next to the building: - a bike rental (hybrid bikes, mountain bikes, children's bikes, electric bikes, child trailers, quadracycles, scooters), - and a bus stop. You can temporarily park your vehicle in front of the building while unloading luggage and/or groceries.
