Beautiful house *** Mas des Deux Mules in Cévennes

South Cévennes, very authentic 17th century house, peaceful hamlet, exposed stones and calm assured. Fireplace, terraces, swimming nearby. Lots of character in unspoiled nature. Your hosts will share their passions with you. Christophe, a former bookseller, will share his favorites with you, and Benjamin offers courses and workshops in equestrian show flying for all levels. Finally, Zita and Groseille, the donkeys, will accompany you on a walk for a picnic by the water. The space Decorated with objects brought back from our travels, it offers all the necessary comfort in old walls. On the ground floor, the floor is in lauzes, you can access the living room with fireplace from the outside, which opens onto the terrace, the bathroom, the toilet, the living room with mezzanine (160 sofa bed, latex mattress) which opens onto the kitchen, the stone staircase that leads upstairs. Upstairs, a bedroom with exposed stone, 180 X 200 bed, memory foam mattress, high quality. On the landing, a second double bedroom with a large library, 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90. The location of the hamlet, in the heart of the Cévennes mountains, means the Wi-Fi connection sometimes depends on the elements... so we can't guarantee you the speed or consistency necessary for professional activity. Guest access Our guests can visit our 5000 m2 garden, where vegetable gardens, orchards and other areas alternate, where we let nature express itself: fig trees, ferns, purple digitalis, lemon balm, wild strawberries and a thousand other plants grow here on their own! The henhouse is home to our few laying hens and it's a sight to watch these gluttons feast on the leftovers we bring them. You can also take a path in about twenty minutes (or a drivable track in 5 minutes for the less courageous...) to our land on the banks of the Rieutord, where a few spots are suitable for a little refreshment in the stream. For naturists, this is the perfect place! Other things to note The possible activities at the Mas des Deux Mules are atypical and equestrian-themed... Benjamin is an equestrian acrobat and offers classes and courses in equestrian aerobatics for students of all levels (except small children because the aerobatic horses are gigantic!) Located 10 minutes from the house, the riding school allows practice in all weather and in optimal safety conditions. Zita and Groseille, the donkeys, will accompany you directly from the Mas for walks of 30 minutes to several hours according to your wishes. Pack saddles, they will gladly carry your bags and snacks for a picnic by the water. Finally, for horse owners, it is possible to bring your horse here.
