The Loft

Beautiful apartment with breathtaking views over the port of Dinan and the river. With two walls made of glass, Le Loft is flooded with light and reflections from the river. The apartment is on the second floor of an historic riverside building. Internet TV and free WIFI (Fibre). Perfectly located to enjoy the port of Dinan, which has a selection of good restaurants, crêperies and a traditional Breton bakery. The apartment is not suitable for young children less than 10 years old. The space The apartment has one spacious bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Corner kitchen next to a dining area overlooking the river. Spacious living area with river views. Mezzanine with two single beds – limited height makes this area most suitable for older children ( over 10 years). Pull out single bed available if needed. Free WIFI internet (Fibre) . Internet TV configured for guest’s personal streaming accounts ( Netflix,Disney+,Max) and direct French channels ( TF1 etc). Internal area 45 sq metres (484 sq ft) and classified as one star tourist accommodation in 2021. The apartment is on the second floor and does not have an outside space. Guest access The apartment is entirely self - contained, and accessed by a flight of stairs Other things to note Tourist tax, bed linen and towels included in rental prices. Free WIFI , TV with both English and French channels. We check that the property is clean and ready for you before your arrival , and you can either clean before leaving or our end of stay clean option is 50€ Free on street parking available next to the apartment , or we have a limited number of reserved parking spaces available for a small charge - 20€ per week. Key box system allows for independent check-in and arrival any time after 4 pm. We leave locally and are available if you need us , or if you have any questions. We speak English , French and some German. You can hire boats,canoes and bikes on the port between April and October. Apartment Le Loft is perfectly located to enjoy the historic port of Dinan, the medieval town centre is very close - a 10 minute walk up the picturesque cobbled Jerzual hill or take the bus. The attractive beaches and cliffs of Brittany’s North coast, the corsair town of Saint-Malo and elegant Dinard can all be reached in about 30 minutes by car. A little further away, you can discover the breathtaking abbey of Le Mont-Saint- Michel.
