Located on a quiet country lane 4 minutes from the quaint township of Berry and the iconic Seven Mile Beach, this well-appointed, comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage sits next to a dairy farm and overlooks rolling green pastures. Linen provided. The space Berta's cottage sleeps up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Linen and towels are included, and many extra touches to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The fully-enclosed garden features a wisteria covered gazebo with wood BBQ, expansive lawns, a herb garden, fruit trees and fragrant flowers. The cottage has solar panels, a battery, and an EV charger. We are on tank water. Guest access The well equipped kitchen boasts a large country pantry equipped with a coffee machine and pantry essentials including oil, specialty tea and coffee. The lounge room offers comfortable lounges, soft colours, recycled and eclectic furniture with a cozy wood combustion fire perfect for cool Winter evenings, and air conditioning for the warmer months. Two bathrooms are offered with toiletries, one with a walk in shower, the other you may enjoy a leisurely bath looking out the large picture window. The level garden has a wood BBQ under a pergola, and a shed with children's games and bikes (please bring own helmets, more bikes available to hire in the bike shop in town).
