The perfect place to relax & rejuvenate! This comfortable, medium-sized room has a memory foam queen bed, a/c, ample workspace, closet space inside a cozy & private neighborhood. You have access to 2 shared Bathrooms (one with a dual showerhead), free WiFi, laundry & lots of nearby places! Within 1 mile from nice restaurants, convenience, grocery stores, luxury malls (Santana Row, Valley Fair, Mitsuwa) The space The place is inside a friendly, cozy & private neighborhood. There is a work desk, a nice rolling chair, a closet with hangers & bath towels for you. The room is on the 2nd floor, door to the room is lockable from the inside and has a large window with a morning view. In addition a fridge, a microwave or electric water kettle are also available upon request downstairs. You will also be close to Santana Row and a bunch of awesome places around here. The room can accommodate 3 adults at most. Please let me know if you need the extra optional twin bed at least 12 hours beforehand so it can be prepared for you. Guest access You also have access to the dining room area, kitchen area including refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, stove (please clean up after using), living room area, upstairs bathroom (with overhead rainfall dual shower heads). There's also an additional 1/2 bathroom downstairs that you also have access to anytime. You also have access to washer, dryer for a fee - please ask me before usage: Washer is $1.50/load Dryer is $1.50/load The hang drying rack is free, definitely feel welcome to ask me if you need it. During your stay We'll be happy to help you with any questions, directions, local restaurants & places or anything else you may need. Other things to note Inside parking is reserved, street parking is always free. The room normally has the 1 queen setup.
