The house is located in a cul de sac, just at 15-20 minutes walking distance from the beach, 10 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes drive from the airport. The space The house is a semi-detached house in the North side of Dublin, located in a cul de sac, just at 15-20 minutes walking distance from the beach, and less than 10 minutes from the train station that brings you straight to the city centre, where you can find places such as Grafton Street, Jervis Shopping centre, and other tourist attractions, such as St Patrick's Cathedral, Guinness factory, Dublin Castle, Trinity College, etc, and many other beautiful places, such as Malahide (just 5, minutes by train from where we live). The airport is just a 10 minutes’ drive away. **This is a great location, where you can relax during the night and get the experience the city has to offer on a hop on the train.** Parking on street (free). Ideal for couple-families-friends- professionals, etc. No breakfast or meals provided. ***GOLF CLUB within 5 min walking and another one less than 10 min drive away.*** Guest access ***Guests are welcome to use our house as if it was their own*** It is non-smoking area (allowed in the garden). Wi-fi. Towels and linen provided for each guest. Hair dryer. Microwave. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk also provided. We are living in Dublin for the last 11 years, so we know the city and suburbs very well, we can offer some useful tips on where to go to feel like a local.
