Mediterranean style house facing the sea, in a virgin beach area, with garden, terrace, chill-out viewpoint and communal pool. In the same community we also have Montroig Badia house 1. Both houses 5 minutes from Cambrils and 15 from Port Aventura. Rentable from Saturday to Saturday. The space A privilege to be able to rest in a quiet place without crowds, waking up with spectacular sunrises and being able to hear the sound of the waves. Beaches with crystal clear waters where you can fish and also perform water sports. Ground floor is distributed in a front garden, small access porch, kitchen-salon-dining room with air conditioner/hot air pump, bathroom with shower, hallway and back BBQ terrace. Going up the stairs to the first floor we find two double rooms with air conditioning/hot air pump, and a third with fan and two single beds to which a third extra bed can be added. Full bathroom with tub, hallway and stairs to access the terrace, chill-out viewpoint with shower and hammocks. Guest access The house has a front garden where you can park the car, although in the same street there is parking. From the back of the house there is access to a communal area for only 8 houses with garden area and swimming pool. Other things to note The house on arrival will be clean and tidy, I offer everything you need: bedding, towels, bedspreads, blankets, even if requested, cot, high chair and baby bathtub at no extra cost. You can use everything you need for the most comfortable stay possible, I want my guests to feel at home and at the same time ask for proper behavior. I do not charge cleaning and I wish that on departure you can find the house in minimal conditions, please do not leave garbage or kitchen utensils to wash. As tourist accommodation at the time of your arrival we will ask you for your full names, ID number or passport, and your date of birth. Just like in the hotels we have to register your arrival to the Mossos d 'Escadra (Catalan police). We will also ask for the tourist tax of 1 euro per person over 16 years and night (maximum 7), which we have to deposit with the Generalitat de Catalunya.
