House in La Alpujarra Árabe, located in the oldest neighborhood of Capileira, the quietest and most magical place in town. Surrounded by the sounds of fountains, irrigation ditches, mountains, hiking trails, and the Poqueira River. The house consists of two floors. Upstairs is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, terrace with mountain views, living room with fireplace and two armchairs-beds. Downstairs is another living-dining room with a kitchenette and a wood stove. Fully equipped and with WiFi. No heating. Fireplaces only. No TV. Guest access La Alpujarra has areas that are difficult to access. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BABY STROLLERS. Other things to note IMPORTANT: The house is heated with fireplaces. There is a radiator to help, but in these types of houses there is no central heating. Everything is heated with the fireplaces. It's important to note that YOU HAVE TO LIGHT THE FIREPLACES.
