Located on the seafront between the hypercenter and the port, my 30 m2 apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in a secure residence. Refurbished, it has been designed to offer you a warm and soothing atmosphere with stunning sea views. A large terrace will allow you to dine outside. A parking space is reserved for you at the Mediterranean parking lot. Various shops await you at the foot of the residence... The space I want to offer my guests the same comfort as at home by welcoming them in an environment that is both relaxing and exotic. Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge. Soaps, shampoos and cleaning products are also available. I do not charge a cleaning fee but ask you in return to leave the accommodation tidy after your departure (garbage cans emptied, dishes washed and put away, sheets removed from the bed, etc.) and to return it to us in the same clean condition as you found it on arrival :) Wi-Fi and TV box are at your disposal. The coffee maker is a Senseo pod coffee maker. A high chair and a baby bed can be made available to you by notifying me when you book. Guest access Key handover is mostly done via a lockbox system that allows guests to check in independently. The access card to the Mediterranean underground parking is deposited with the keys to the apartment in the key box.
