Michele's House, Pet-Friendly, Sleeps up to 12

Only accessible by ferry, one of only rental homes with Wifi and landline. Pets welcome with additional fees. Michele's House is a Smith Island Inn Cottage. The home has a ramp and the main level is wheelchair accessible. The 3 bedroom, 2 full bath Cape Cod sleeps the most guests of any rental on the Island, up to 12. The coastal décor extends throughout the home. A large living room area, two dining spaces, back deck with chairs and an open floor plan welcomes guests. The space The home is centrally located on a quiet lane in Ewell. It is close to everything and offers the perfect spot for kids to access the school playground and public library. The restaurants, church, museum, Island playgrounds, and ball-field are also in close proximity. Guest access The home is the proprietors of the Smith Island Inn's seasonal residence. Their personal effects are neatly stowed away. The full house is available for use. Bikes on the premises can be used, but are not guaranteed. They are personal bikes, but you are welcome to borrow them. Other things to note Smith Island is only accessible via ferry. Ferry service, despite other information online, is ONLY available via Crisfield, MD. The ferry time is 12:30 PM daily. Please arrive by noon to the dock in Crisfield.. We can not be responsible for missed ferries. Please ensure you are on a ferry heading to EWELL. We are happy to review the travel arrangements with you if you have additional questions. AIr BNB does not permit us to send information prior to booking. Once you book, a complete package of information is sent to you. Ferry fares are $40 per person round trip. Bring breakfast items, restaurants do not open until 11:30. Tours, sunset cruises, private charter, and catering is all available. We will send a welcome package via email with these options.
