My house is the ideal place for those who want to relax. It is comfortable and equipped with a large veranda and a garden, ideal for those who want to combine the beautiful sea of our island with the peace and tranquility of a small village, once destined for tuna fishing. The sea is about 100 meters away, the beach is ideal for families with children (the gulf guarantees calm sea conditions). It is also suitable for those who love nature and walks... on foot you can reach secluded coves. The space The beautiful veranda with the different exposures allows you to enjoy every moment of the day. A barbecue, comfortable and functional, is available for grilling on beautiful summer evenings. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, 4 burners. No heating Guest access The house, used mainly in the summer, is not equipped with a heating system. An air conditioner/stove can be made available upon request. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed. Other things to note It is mandatory to separate waste and dispose of it according to the schedule, leave the house clean, and the dishes washed and stored. Failure to comply with the rules will result in an additional cleaning fee of €100. Porto Palma is just a few kilometers from other tourist resorts, but you need to have a means of transport. 2 km away, Torre dei Corsari, a tourist resort with shops, ATMs, a pharmacy and a medical guard. Traveling by car, you can reach the wonderful beach of Piscinas, with its beautiful dunes and the many beaches of the Costa Verde, about 10 km away. A few kilometers away are the mining villages of Montevecchio and Ingurtosu. There is a tourist tax of €2.00/day per guest. It is not allowed to host more people than those in the reservation.
