The villa is brand new, very spacious and has 4 floors where up to 12 people can comfortably chill. We are located in a charming village of Koscielisko. On the other hand if you want to party with friends it's also perfect matching. It has billiard, outdoor fire place, table football game and a lot of space. Guest access Ground floor: - Spacious living room with a fireplace and terrace with beautiful view on the Tatras, fully equipped kitchen with utensils and hob, fridge - freezer, oven, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle. The open dining room features a large table with benches. - Relax area with two comfortable sofas, and flat TV screen. - From the living room you can go directly to the garden where are 6 persons jacuzzi (open all year round) and stylish BBQ hut. - 6-seater sauna with tub and shower - Separate toilet - Laundry - Ski room 1st floor: - Billiard room with a full size pool table, sofa and 3 comfortable seats. From these room there is direct access to the terrace with a spectacular view on Tatra Mountains. - An apartment with comfortable double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchenette. - Separate toilet 2nd floor: - Double bedroom nr 1 with two single beds (can be joined together), bathroom with shower, wardrobe, bedside tables, chairs, chests of drawers and balcony. - Double bedroom nr 2 with two single beds (can be joined together, bathroom with shower, wardrobe, bedside tables, chairs, chests of drawers and balcony. - Double bedroom nr 3 with comfortable double bed, bathroom with shower, wardrobe, bedside tables, chairs, chests of drawers and balcony.. - On the corridor there is also an additional bathroom with a shower. 3rd floor (attic): -two bedrooms with two singe beds in each. The house is monitored and fenced with a gate on the remote control. Other things to note The groundwater in Koscielisko is a remnant of the retreat of the last glacier.
