Access is via the ground floor, where there is a large room that can be used as an extra bedroom or for people with reduced mobility with a sofa bed, a game room or a second living room, and a large bathroom. An easy-to-climb staircase takes us to the living room with lounge and dining table, the kitchen that opens onto the balcony and a small bathroom.
