Centrally located in Colombo, on a private road in a residential neighbourhood, this self-contained 1st floor unit is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Colombo yet very close to the main central business district, shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, cultural sights, supermarkets and even the beach. The space - fully furnished unit exclusively for your use, spacious ac bedroom , attached bathroom with hot shower, open plan lounge/kitchen area, balcony and your own safe parking spot. The space It is a spacious and charming 1st floor unit with a separate private entrance. A short flight of stairs leads into a large lounge space with comfy sofa, an open plan kitchen with fridge, tabletop cooker, a dining table with crockery, cutlery etc and tea/coffee making facilities. The balcony overlooks a mini outdoor space and has two comfy chairs and a table for you to enjoy your morning cuppa. The spacious bedroom has a double bed, a separate multi-functional seating area and an attached bathroom. We can accommodate an additional guest within the same bedroom by adding a single bed, for an additional supplement of £5 per night. This room is with ac. There is also a book case in the room with a few board games for you to use. The bedroom also has a spacious wall cupboard with a mirror in the middle. All bed linen and towels are provided. There is a common front gate to enter the property but you have a separate and private entrance to your 1st floor unit. Included: Tea / coffee / milk / mineral bottled water Towels and bedding Free Wi-Fi Iron and Ironing board A full free weekly clean of the unit including change of linen will be provided for stays longer than seven days.
