I'm giving a new look to the studio I acquired in September. The bathroom has been restored to new, change of a bathtub for a walk-in shower with a sliding shower door, change of mirror cabinet and tiling. Change of the front door The space Listening to tenants. I improve the studio with the comments left, as far as is reasonable. Guest access Set up a box to share keys more easily, day & night. The gate code 1598A to access the parking space n° 67/68 where the box is installed. When you arrive, the code will be sent to you. Other things to note I ask for a minimum of cleanliness, and respect for future tenants who will rent after.
