Lovely bedrooms & private lounge for group/family

2 spacious bed rooms with a large lounge and a shower room for your private use on the top floor of a large Edwardian family home. This is a quiet street, in a leafy conservation area within easy walking distance to Hove sea front. You will be spoiled for choice with plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs in the area. A large super market and pedestrian shopping street with bakeries and boutiques nearby. Playgrounds, minigolf and trampolines on the seafront to keep your children entertained. The space The rooms are on the second , private floor, which has two bedrooms, a shower room and a lounge, all for your private use. You will share the front door and the stairway with us, otherwise there are no other common areas. This accommodation is suitable for families or small groups. There are two double beds in the bed rooms. In addition, a small futon sofa bed suitable for children in one of the bed rooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Please let us know in advance if you need those, so that we can prepare the extra beds for you. The comfortable lounge has a fridge, a kettle, cutlery and crockery for your use. Since there is no kitchen, you can leave out any dishes that need washing, and we will replace them with clean ones. Guest access Local parking fees apply between the hours of 9am-8pm daily. We can provide you with street parking permits - £5.00/day. There is a parking meter across the road, incase you only need to cover couple of hours of parking. Brighton bike share hub is by the Hove Museum at the end of our street. There are several bus stops with frequents services to Brighton just around the corner. During your stay We like to give you your own space, but we are happy to assist with anything possible to make your stay more comfortable. Come and find us, or text if we are not in. Other things to note There are yoga classes held in the downstairs yoga studio. Please let us know if you would like to add a relaxing yoga session to your stay. A sofa bed is available in your lounge, for an additional charge (£20 per night), but is included in a 5 person booking.
