It includes a comfortable double sofa bed, Smart TV, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen (extendable table, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine) to prepare your meals in total autonomy. Upon arrival, you’ll find a complimentary welcome kit with water, coffee, tea, biscuits, and basic condiments. The Sleeping Area: Gray Suite: The master bedroom, featuring a Queen-size bed, an elegant chaise-longue that converts into a single bed, a Smart TV, and a private balcony with a relaxing mountain view. Laundry Area: Outside, there is a dedicated laundry space complete with a washing machine and sink. This area is also secure and perfect for temporarily storing your bicycles or strollers. The Truth About Parking: Unlike many areas in Como where parking is very expensive, you will find plenty of free public street parking (white lines) around the property. As these are public spaces, they are not private and cannot be reserved. We just kindly ask you to never park right in front of the main gate to keep the pedestrian passage clear. City Tourist Tax: The Municipality of Como requires a tourist tax of €3 per person, per night (up to a maximum of 4 consecutive nights; children under 14 are exempt).
