The space Welcome to your retreat in Como! Through an external staircase, you are greeted by a spacious balcony with the entrance door. Recently renovated, the apartment boasts large windows that bring brightness to the spaces, with warm wooden flooring throughout. The two bedrooms, one with a panoramic balcony and the other with colorful LED lights, offer a unique experience. The bathroom with a large shower, storage room, and comfortable living area with a double sofa bed integrate into a harmonious, modern, Nordic-designed apartment. With air conditioners, Smart TVs in every room, and high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for both work and relaxation. The pearl gray kitchen, new and efficient, is connected to the living area, forming an open space. Equipped with an extendable table, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, and more. In the living room, two armchairs, a comfortable sofa (convertible into a double bed), 43” Smart TV, and air conditioning. The sleeping area includes the Gray Suite with a Queen-size bed and a chaise longue that can transform into a single bed, wall-mounted Smart TV, and a private panoramic balcony. The Lyric Suite with two single beds that can be joined, wall-mounted Smart TV, and colored LED lights. The bathroom features a large glass shower, towel dryer, a sink illuminated with a photocell, and convenient drawers. The external laundry area has a washing machine, sink, and space to store bicycles or strollers. Blankets, pillows, bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, liquid soap, and shampoo-shower gel are included. Guest access The independent entrance and private courtyard provide the freedom to come and go on foot from the property. Just a few steps outside the gate, there is always space for parking. Please refrain from stopping in front of the gate. Other things to note In case of self check-in, you will receive the necessary instructions the day before your arrival, upon sending the required documents and tourist tax payment. Otherwise, in the afternoon, keeping me updated on your arrival time, I will be at the gate to welcome you. Before your arrival, I will send you a map with directions to parking spots just a few steps from the house. Please avoid parking in front of the gate.
