Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator access. There is air conditioning in the living room and one upstairs in the hallway that serves the bedrooms. Very nice duplex located in a lively and pleasant area very close to the Part-Dieu (station and shopping center). Numerous nearby restaurants. 20-minute walk to the city center. Fully equipped. The apartment is normally rented for 4 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds) The space The apartment is a duplex. The floor is accessed by a spiral staircase. Downstairs there is a closed kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a large living/dining room with 2 large windows (and toilets) Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with trundle beds that turn into double beds. And the 3rd with a double bed 160 and a bathroom in the bedroom with walk-in shower and 2 sinks. We have a TV box that can be plugged into the master bedroom or living room. Guest access The entire apartment is accessible for guests! Unfortunately we do not have a swimming pool or jacuzzi Other things to note Linens and towels are included in the rental.
