This Garden House is one of 40 that form part of a securely gated Holiday Park and enjoys full use of the park facilities, including 2 shared heated pools, a 35m water slide, a shared laundry room, chill-out room, undercover playground, camp kitchen and onsite mini-mart. The Holiday Park is located across the road from a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars and is a short walk to the sandy shores of Nobby Beach, Miami Beach and Burleigh Beach. This Garden House is one of four houses near each other which is perfect for large families to book. From the moment you arrive in this subtropical oasis, the emphasis is on the simple pleasures of your privacy, calm, friendly atmosphere, relaxation and effortless enjoyment. Other things to note Early check-in cannot be guaranteed. If you are planning to arrive outside our office hours, you will need to contact reception ASAP to make alternative arrangements. Rates are based on 6 people. Maximum 8 people allowed. Extra-person charges apply for ages 3 years and older at $20 per person per night. Security Bond: A $100 security bond is debited (on the morning of your arrival) from the credit card details held with the booking. It will be refunded onto the same credit card upon departure and after a room inspection is complete. Please note, funds can take up to 7 business days to appear on your account once refunded. Pool Access: Guests are required to place a $10 (cash only) refundable deposit per booking (not per person) for wristband access to the pool area. This deposit can be made at reception.
