Marilou apartment is part of a complex of three recently renovated individual apartments on the ground floor (no stairs), very cool due to stone walls, and ALL rooms have AC. It provides everything for a comfortable and modern stay. It has the capacity for covering the needs of 4-6 persons. It is the perfect place for a guest who wants to stay in Epidaurus and be close to everything (main monuments, port, beaches, central bus station, convenient store, restaurants, nightlife, activities, etc). The space The apartment is cozy, cool, modern, and quite spacious (75m2) with two closed bedrooms and an open kitchen – living room, including a 4 and 6 persons sofa. It has modern furniture inside as well as outside on the beautiful terrace and a green garden with trees and flowers. The complex is protected by a stone fence, offering privacy and private entrance & parking. Strong internet signal, electrical appliances, kitchen utensils and coffee equipment are provided to our visitors’ use. Central heating, hot water, air-conditioning in ALL the rooms, dehumidifier, high quality mattresses, nice bathroom and shower, washing machine, hair-dryer, and iron, are some of the extra facilities for the residents. The outside area is very well designed and it includes a surrounding stone wall (restricted access to strangers), big terrace, access to a 150m2 green garden full of flowers and trees, individual parking spot and so on. We pay special attention to safety. Our apartment has a safety door, a smoke detector -carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. We are environmental friendly and this is the reason why we have used ecological materials during renovation, we have energy save lamps and we turn off switches for further energy savings. Beautiful coastal area - enjoy biking, hiking, kayaking canoeing and swimming. Daily sailing cruises might also be available. Cultural, art and sport events usually take place during the summer (plays at the theaters of Epidaurus, Epidavros run, Epidavros triathlon, etc).
