Capacity: 2 separate bedrooms, ideal for a family or two couples. The space The house is intended for 4 people. It is located in a property of 5 townhouses, this one is the last one, so it is at the very end. THE HOUSE: Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster... The 2 bedrooms are upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160*200 and 1 TV, 1 dressing room 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140*190, storage and wardrobe Bathroom with shower and washing machine The toilet is located on the ground floor. The courtyard is equipped with garden furniture as well as 2 sunbeds. The car park is closed with a keypad gate, a remote control will be provided with the key to the front door. !!! Parking provided for 1 car right in front of the house, if you have a second car you can easily park it either on the street or in a parking lot across the street (free). All the shops in the city (bakery, butcher, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few minutes. There is also a Carrefour Market 2 minutes away by car. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. Other things to note Not always available to welcome you or for your departure, I have set up a self check-in system using a lockbox, the key box code and the gate code are sent to you a little before 4pm. Evenings and parties are forbidden.
