Welcome to our cozy and fully equipped townhouse, located in the heart of Rang-du-Fliers. It is the perfect stopover for those seeking proximity to the most beautiful treasures of the Opal Coast. Halfway between the sandy beaches and the historic hinterland. "At home" comfort with all the amenities needed for a stress-free stay. Capacity: 2 separate bedrooms, ideal for a family or two couples. The space The house is intended for 4 people. It's the last house on the property, so it's at the back. THE HOUSE: Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster... As well as everything you need to cook: oil, vinegar, salt... The 2 bedrooms are upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160*200 and 1 TV, 1 dressing room 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140*190, storage and wardrobe The bathroom with shower and washing machine is on the ground floor, as is the toilet. At the back of the house, you will find a courtyard with garden furniture as well as 2 deckchairs. The parking lot is closed with a digital code barrier; a remote control will be provided with the front door key. !!! Attention!!! Towels are not provided!!! There are cameras at the first parking lot that also films the entrance gate as well as the second parking lot. An exceptional geographical location! Parking provided for 1 car right in front of the house, if you have a second car you can easily park it either on the street or in a parking lot across the street (free). All the shops in the city (bakery, butcher, pharmacy) are within a few minutes' walk. There is also a Carrefour Market 2 minutes away by car. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. Other things to note As I am not always available to welcome you or for your departure, I have set up a self-check-in system using a key box. The key box code and the gate code will be sent to you shortly before 4 PM. Evening gatherings and parties are forbidden. And the house is intended for 4 people and no more.
