Villa Mediterranea is a wonderful villa set in Priora, a small village on the relaxing hills of Sorrento. What’s incredible about this place is that not only it offers a breath-taking view on the Gulf of Sorrento, the stunning blue sea and the rocky mountains, but is also the ideal spot to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, away from the noise of the city centre. The space Immersed into the Mediterranean scrub, this Villa is decorated with pottery and is carefully edited in every single detail. The 120 m2 of the first floor have two double bedrooms, a comfortable living room, two fully equipped bathrooms, a wide sea view balcony in the kitchen, which is also connected to a private terrace and a laundry room. A large balcony equipped with table and chairs overlooks the blue Mediterranean Sea and gives you feelings of space and harmony. If you breath the clean air from the sea and from the “Milk Mountains” (called like this since the first product from the area is not only the Limoncello but also Provolone del Monaco, give it a try!), your wish will be to stay there forever. It will feel like a dream! The fully equipped kitchen is large and functional; there you can cook and try new recipes using the local products you can also collect from the garden outside. The tiles decoration over the kitchen counter is very peculiar and can also be found in other parts of the house, as in the bathrooms. It is also perfectly coordinated with the style of the house, based on the colours of our tradition. The bedrooms are both large and very bright with king-sized beds and comfortable spaces for luggage or a baby cot. Through large windows you can have a glimpse on the incredible sea view every morning from the moment you wake up. Both bathrooms have a shower and are decorated with the colours of our tradition. The laundry room is next to the kitchen and there you can find all you might need to prepare your outfit for unforgettable evening in Sorrento. The living room is large and bright, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and TV; If you look outside from the wide windows, you will lay your eyes on the fragrant lemon and orange trees, typical of this area and if you open them, you will fill your lungs with their unmistakable smell. The city tax of 4€/per person per night can be requested by hosts as an additional tax via the Resolution Center if this has not been included in the cost of the reservation. Guest access The access to the property is through a very narrow road. There is a parking spot 300 mt away the house in a steep way, anyway we definitely suggest to contact us to arrange a transfer at arrival and we will welcome you and help with baggages and more. Once you are here you have the possibility to rent a scooter directly from the house. At 5 minutes by walk there is a bus stop to Sorrento or Positano, so you can move easily until late evening without a car. Note that the villa is located at first floor by 20 steps to the entrance . Fully immersed into nature, enjoy the view and the aromas of Mediterranean life of being! Other things to note We offer a service of free delivery groceries directly to the house, so you don't need to move around and find a supermarket, just relax and order what you want. Some restaurants in the area offer free pick up from/drop off to the meeting point near the house. We will be more than happy to recommend our favorites.
