Panoramic sea view. Five-minute walk to the beach. Non-smokers. No pets. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x190cm), the other with two single beds (90x190cm) plus bunk bed (90x200cm); living room and open kitchen; bathroom plus separate toilet; and beautiful, large terrace (25 m²) with tables, chairs, deck chairs and umbrellas. Pillows, blankets, towels and linens are available free of charge in the apartment. There are no duvets. PRIVATE COVERED PARKING INCLUDED. The space IMPORTANT POINTS FOR NOTE: NB We regret that, unfortunately, smoking and pets are not permitted in the flat. The fifty or so meters from the gate to the entrance to the building are on a fairly steep slope followed by stairs, and may prove uncomfortable to the elderly, the disabled or the frail. The building is a little rustic and weathered, but surrounded by plants and flowers, and the views are simply stunning. There is no thermal or sound insulation: you can hear noises from the road, the neighbouring flats and the internal plumbing and, on the very rare occasions when the temperatures plummet unusually low in winter, it is difficult to keep warm (there is electric heating but no double-glazing), so the apartment is not ideal for those who are sensitive to cold. This said, under normal conditions there are no problems. The apartment is not chic, but comfortable. It can easily accommodate up to five people sleeping in the two bedrooms. It is fully furnished, but the wooden furniture is a bit tired; in short, it is a family vacation flat, not a hotel. Equipment includes: Internet (fibre high-speed WiFi), TV, vitro-ceramic hotplate (four plates), electric oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, iron, crockery, cutlery, pans, pots, etc. There is no gas supply, and therefore no carbon monoxyde detector, either. You will find a few books in French and English. There is also equipment for the beach, as well as parasols, sunbeds and other outdoors furniture on the terrace. Private covered parking a few meters from the flat is available at no extra charge. Access may be a little difficult for large/long cars, or those with a particularly low floor. It is also possible to park on the parallel road above and easily gain access to the property via the rear gate. Guest access Guests have access to all the rooms in the apartment. However, the apartment is used by us for our vacations, so there are some boxes under the beds and in the closets that contain our things; these are sealed and marked as private. Other things to note We rely on the cordial availability of our guests to treat the place like a family home and keep it perfectly clean and tidy for the next guests.
