This new modern super central apartment locates in the heart of Helsinki, Kamppi. Apt locates in newly from top to toe renovated building (apartment finished 12/2016, I'm the first person who has ever lived here). I guarantee this is the BEST LOCATION you can possibly get here in Helsinki. It's easy to enjoy the city when you can reach everything in minutes by walking. Public transport is close and very easy to use, but it isn't needed because basically everything is in walking distance. VERY EASY TO GET TO/FROM THE AIRPORT. Apartment has fully equipped modern kitchen, cozy living room with large TV and a sofa bed, comfy bedroom, super clean bathroom and french balcony (no smoking). As you can see in the pictures, this is a two-room apartment (not a studio) so you can even have some privacy from each other during your vacation if needed. This apartment is furnished for adults, but children are also welcome. Ideal for couples and business people. Up to 3 people could stay here comfortably (when 1-2 of them are kids). There is a gym downstairs which you can use freely anytime. Towels, sheets, shampoo, coffee, tea etc included. There's washing machine, dishwasher and iron & ironing board. Please notice that the sofa bed in living room is 140 x 204 cm. The bed in the bedroom is 120 x 200cm (both fit two people well, but please consider this for yourself if you are used to sleeping in wider bed). Guest access Guest can access all spaces in the aparment. Other things to note Extra sofa bed (140cm wide) in living room. Bed in the bedroom is 120cm wide. Check-in at/after 10pm costs 30€. We do not accept check-in between 11pm and 8am, as self check-in is not possible. Just please let me know your flight arrival time and report if it's late, we'll figure it out no worries. This a home so take a good care off it and be considerate :) Parties or other events are absolutely prohibited. Don't invite more people than agreed. Read the rules carefully and you are most welcome.
