The space This apartment has 40 sqm and its on the 1st floor in a building without lift. It has a separate bedroom with king bed while kitchen and living room are connected and have sofa bed for another 2 more people. There is also a balcony. Smart LCD TV, A/C, fully equiped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Apartment is always full of light, but it is never too hot in it. Guest access The whole apartment is available to guests. Building house rules must be respected, so there should be no parties or loud music from 22h to 8am.
