Activities within 2 miles include the new Derby City Gaming, The Louisville zoo, Mega Caverns, Joe Creason Park/nature center and hiking trails. The Yum Center, museums, Waterfront Park and The Parklands of Floyd’s Fork are a short drive away. Our home is near restaurants, groceries and pharmacies. We are a smoke/vaping and pet free property. The OVVC complex is 5 minutes away. The space This cape cod home offers many amenities. The open kitchen walks out onto the large covered patio with a stone fire place, we built ourselves. The smoke free patio is fully furnished and perfect for dining, games, drinking wine or bourbon and relaxing. Full bath boasting a jacuzzi tub on the main floor. The kitchen, dining room and living room make it great for cooking and conversation. Our refreshed basement features a great movie space, sleeping area, full bath and laundry room. We are located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. We are a smoke and pet free property. Long double wide drive for convenient free parking. Street parking is not allowed for your safety and as a courtesy to our neighbors. Guest access The main floor, finished basement and covered patio are all accessible. The upstairs bedroom and garage are NOT accessible. Other things to note The newly finished basement features a large TV room, toy room and treadmill. The TV room is equipped with movies, microwave and mini fridge for your enjoyment. This is our personal home but we enjoy sharing it with guests.
