The entire room furniture is made with Teak, and the cement rented floors compliment the wooden roof. Both warm and whiting lighting available in the room, to set a romantic or work environment depending on the guests choice. The space The master bedroom spans approximately 45 square meters and features an attached bathroom. It is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed to accommodate various sleeping arrangements. The room is equipped with a 50 inch smart TV with cable television, air conditioning, two ceiling fans, and one wall fan. Additional furnishings in the bedroom include a dressing table, wardrobe, clothing rack, two work desks with chairs, and two lounge chairs. The attached bathroom is equipped with all essential toiletries, a bathtub+shower, and a toilet. The adjoining balcony measures approximately 10 square meters and provides seating arrangements along with an ashtray for smoking. The kitchen is fitted with a four-burner gas stove, water filtration system, a fully equipped pantry, a refrigerator, and a washing machine (charges apply at USD 3 / LKR 900 per wash). An electric kettle is provided in each room, along with tea and coffee sachets, and complimentary 1000 ml bottled water. The common living area comfortably accommodates five individuals and includes seating arrangements, a dining table, and separate seating options for relaxation and socialization. Guest access The space is located on the second floor, with seperate stair entrance. A check in form is to be filled along with your passport photocopy submitted to the premises. Guests are to check in from 2 pm to 10 pm. During your stay Guests may contact me at any time throughout the day via my mobile phone. Should it be required, I am available to schedule a personal meeting with the guest at a mutually convenient time. Other things to note A rocky beach is situated approximately 100 meters from the property, adjacent to the railway track. Please note that during the high tide period from May to November, swimming or bathing in the water is not recommended due to safety concerns.
