Cattails line the shore and Lilly pads make this one of Keuka's best fishing spots. Excellent swimming is available 300' off shore, the "sand bar". Other things to note Occupancy: Per New York state and county regulations, the occupancy for this property is strictly limited. The maximum occupancy stated on this listing is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time, including infants and children. This includes both day and overnight guests, no exceptions. Note: 1. You will receive a message upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our House Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving. 2.
