Fantastic renovated apartment in Castello del Montonate. We have two other apartments in the Castle: "One bedroom Suite" and "Two bedroom Apartment". From the ground floor, you can access the first floor with the wooden staircase, the door opens onto the living room with TV and the fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there is the master bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is complete with a bathtub. The space On the ground floor, you can access the living room with a 24-inch TV and the fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, and microwave. A set of plates, glasses and pots are included, sufficient for cooking comfortably. In the living room kitchen there is a comfortable sofa bed. On the first floor is the huge suite. Bedroom one with a large double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed. The large bathroom is complete with a relaxing bathtub and double sink. The apartment has its own boiler and independent heating. Towels and sheets are provided free of charge. Free parking is just outside the door. Guest access We have a relaxation spot on the wall in front of the park, with chairs and a table, both for sunbathing and for enjoying a wine or a drink on hot summer days. Other things to note The Castello di Montonate is in a strategic location, we are close to all the lakes in the area, access to the highways is fast, we are 40 minutes from Milan, 40 from Lugano. Area suitable for many sports with motocross, cycling, running, horseback riding in summer, and skiing in the winter months. Our area is full of valuable tourist and cultural attractions, including villas, castles, churches, and botanical gardens. The apartment has its own boiler and independent heating.
