Your 3 Bedroom 2 Bath first floor Vacation Villa is located adjacent to the 8th green of the nationally ranked True Blue Plantation Golf Course in the heart of beautiful Pawleys Island. We offer easy first floor access and quiet comfortable accommodations. The Master bedroom features a king bed, 40” flat screen TV, access to the screened porch and its own private bath. The second king bedroom features a pillowtop mattress and a flatscreen combo TV / DVD. Our third bedroom is set up with two twin beds and has a flat screen TV as well. Both of these bedrooms share the second full bathroom. This villa sleeps up to a max capacity of 6 with plenty of elbow room. The comfortable and well appointed living room offers a 55” Smart TV and DVD player for your indoor entertainment. We feature a full and complete kitchen with upgraded appliances and a full size washer and dryer. Though the villa itself is non-smoking the rear screened porch is perfect for that snifter of brandy and a good cigar. Located in a private section of the complex with ample off street parking, you are just steps from one of the 5 pools / hot tubs located throughout the resort. True Blue Plantation Golf Course is one of America's top 100 courses and a must play but many other championship courses (Caledonia, Pawleys Plantation, Heritage, Tradition, to name a few ) are also just minutes away. Our location is perfect for the golfers, a girls get-a-way or for a family vacation. We offer competitive rates for short or long visits but maintain a minimum stay of 4 nights.
