The space Versatile first floor 4 bed apartment plus large lounge dinner, kitchen and two bathrooms and plenty of space! Please be aware this is a first floor apartment with the entrance at the side so there is no outdoor space with this property (especially important to note if you are bringing pets) Guest access My place is charged per guest to make it great value for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and bigger groups. The main entrance is at street level and access to the living and sleeping areas is up one set of stairs to the first floor of the building. On the first floor there is the lounge diner and king bedroom no.1 , two bathrooms and a kitchen. Up another flight of stairs to the second floor there are three more bedrooms (a king room no 2 , twin room no 3 and single room no 4) Other things to note Depending on other bookings check in and out can be flexible. Please note: Rooms are locked that are not used so please make sure the correct number of people are on your booking and that you let us know the bed make up required.
