The space The Ubaldini wing of the Ca' Rossara farmhouse has recently been restored and furnished with fine furniture, partly antique and restored with skill and care, equipped with exposed beams and tiles in each room and terracotta flooring, all made organic by plastered walls that set exposed stone wall stains. Outside, it has a large lawn and a BRAND NEW SWIMMING POOL where you can spend time in contact with nature in total relaxation. On the ground floor there is a spacious and brand new kitchen with a fireplace to cook good food on the grill, a great living room with BILLIARDS, a brand new fireplace that can heat the entire house and a large bathroom equipped with all comforts. The upper floor is accessed directly from the living room, here we find 4 beautiful, tastefully furnished rooms. 2 large double bedrooms, 1 of which has a very romantic canopy bed and exclusive bathroom in the room with shower. One double bedroom and two single bedrooms with a shared bathroom outside the bedrooms with a large shower cubicle. From any window you decide to look out, you will enjoy spectacular and relaxing views of the sky and nature that can give you relaxation and recharge you from the hectic life of everyday life. Guest access Guests will have unlimited access to the entire Ubaldini Wing, common area (kitchen, dining and living room, billiards, bathroom and storage room), the sleeping area and the outdoor garden with a SWIMMING POOL inaugurated in June 2018. Possibility of accommodating animals in the garden outside the house (for details and info, please don't hesitate to contact me). **The swimming pool (usable only in the summer months) is shared with the Ubaldini Wing.** Other things to note For large groups, it is possible to rent the entire cottage, i.e. both wings (Ubaldini Wing and Brancaleoni Wing), both of which are listed on Airbnb in 2 separate listings. The POOL is only available in the summer months. If you do not want to use it, a price adjustment of €100 less than the daily cost of the Wing in the high season will be made.
