One bed room in renovated barn (350 sq ft.), horses are right out your kitchen window, pull out couch to sleep another couple or children. Steam shower. Pet friendly. A few rules, no music, the hot tub is close to some of our accommodations and we would like everyone to have a restful stay. Please place the lid/cover back on after you are done, no alcohol or glassware in or around the tub this because it is a barefoot area. And please be mindful of other guests possibly wanting to use the hot tub as well. The Annex is part of the Horse Barn on our 27 acre farm. From the outside it looks like a barn, inside it is cowboy and country styled with a gourmet kitchen, a steam shower a propane fireplace and a romantic bedroom! The kitchen has a glass cook top, panel front refrigerator, full sized oven, pull out garbage, a bar area and high quality Yorktowne cabinets and shelves. There is a dutch back door that leads out onto a small deck and a great view of the horse coral. The bathroom has a wine barrel from Sonoma County that has been turned into a vanity with a beautiful old copper sink and faucet. The steam shower has 6 jets to massage your back, an overhead rainfall shower head and a handheld. When you press a button steam fills the room. The living room has old refinished barn siding on the walls and a ledge above the wainscot paneling that even lines the window so you can sit at a bar and look out at the chickens while you drink your coffee or wine. The floors are black walnut and tile in the part of the bathroom. There is a full pull out couch. The Bedroom has a super comfy queen bed with a headboard of bear grass sandwiched in a polycarbonate. The bedroom has sliding glass door that open onto a small garden. We keep our calendar up to date, if it says we have availability go ahead and instant book it. In winter our property becomes a "Winter Wonderland"; SNOW SHOEING or CROSS COUNTRY SKIING ski right on our property or drive 10 minutes to Minawaska or Mohonk and ski their well groomed trails and ICE SKATE at Mohonk's beautiful Ice Pavilion.
