The space The house is on one level, surrounded by greenery, adjacent to a twin villa (but separated by a fence and trees, which keep it cool even in summer). The kitchen is small but well-stocked, there are three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a three-quarter bed and a single bed, and one with a three-quarter bed) but the large double living room is divisible, with a large arched sliding door, so as to obtain, if necessary, a fourth bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed). The bathrooms both have a shower, a third shower with hot water is in the garden. The space is perfect for 4-6 people. In summer, the exterior is equipped with umbrellas, a large masonry sofa, tables, chairs and sofas; outdoor kitchen and masonry barbecue. In winter, you can light the fireplace, and the large window allows you to enjoy the garden even from the inside. Guest access Guests will have the entire house and the entire garden at their disposal. Inside the garden you can park a car. There is no running water but from the well, so it is preferable not to drink it due to the slightly salty taste, but it is absolutely suitable for washing and cooking. Felice Circeo, it is preferable to have a car if you want to visit what the area offers. To reach the beach, however, it is preferable to use the shuttle as parking is paid.
