Accommodating up to 6 people, this spacious apartment offers a huge balcony with outdoor furniture from which you can soak up stunning views of the marina and Marlborough Sounds. The apartment is located across the road from the water taxis, and facilities include a heatpump, full kitchen and laundry, 50+ SKY TV channels, and tea/coffee/hot chocolate supplies. Main queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom Back bedrooms have 1 x queen & 1 x single in each and main bathroom This property has a floor limit of 6 per apartment, please do not ask to have more than 6 guests as this is a body corp ruling. Other things to note House manual ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE Check-in/arrival time is from 2:00pm. Early check-in prior to 2:00pm will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Check-out/departure time is prior to 10am, Late check out charge is $30 per hour, if you want a late check out please message me prior to your arrival so we can add the extra costs to your booking. If you decide you want a late check out after your arrival you will need to pay by credit card or cash. On departure please return the keys back to the lock box or the large mail box outside the front entrance. If you can pop all used dishes into the dishwasher & turn it on before departing would be appreciated. All excessive rubbish can be taken to the basement carpark where you will find recycling bins and general waste bins. If furniture is moved, please return to the original place. EMERGENCY SERVICE FEE The registered guest agrees to pay any Emergency Service Callout Fee charged for false alarms. This includes circumstances relating to smoking and cooking inside the apartment where the smoke alarm is triggered. Guests are advised to use the range hood when cooking, if the alarm goes off please fan the smoke detector till its stops, do not open the door leading into the hallway, you can open the sliding door. Call out fees for false smoke alarms range from $400 - $1200 per call SMOKING POLICY Our apartments are non-smoking and smoking in the internal suite is not permitted. Fines will apply to guests who do not adhere to this policy.
