Self contained annex on the edge of the Cotswolds

The Annex at Giggleswick is a spacious, self contained apartment on the edge of the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Privately accessed through its own outside door, it has a kitchen, bathroom and lounge area, with all the expected amenities. Located in a tranquil spot only a matter of minutes from the market town of Chipping Sodbury with its cafes, shops and pubs, it provides a great base for walking and exploring with easy access to Bath and Bristol by car, bike, bus or train. The space The annex is self contained, with a fully equipped kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble drier and Nespresso coffee machine. You should find everything you need to do any cooking you want to. Upstairs there is a large lounge with the bedroom and bathroom going off. The bedroom has a standard double bed, which has limited space down one side. The bathroom is fitted with a bath with shower over. Heating is provided by a combination gas boiler, allowing guests to set the temperature to suit, and providing instant hot water. The annex does not have any private outside space but there is a table and two chairs in the front garden of the house should you want to sit outside. We cannot accept bookings with children of any age due to the layout of the property. Guest access Guests have access to all the accommodation as described. Parking for one car is available on the drive. Other things to note As the living accommodation is upstairs this property is not suitable for people with limited mobility. It should be noted that the primary route of escape in the case of fire is the front door, with a secondary escape route being through an upstairs window onto a sloping roof. Guests should familiarise themselves with the fire precautions and escape routes on arrival.
