Spacious cottage Tamar Valley on the main road

Beside the main A388 road. Dogs are welcome at £20 each per week. On the Devon Cornwall border. You would be welcome to walk along our stretch of the river Tamar whilst staying with us. There is a Garden Centre with Cafe and soft play area for children approx 320 meters from the cottage. Patio, BBQ. Wi-fi inc. Beauty therapy such as massage, aromatherapy and other treatments available at the farm. The space The front of the cottage is on the main road and the Cottage backs onto a field. There are plenty of parking spaces. The shower room is downstairs, along with the kitchen with a big dining table seating 8 and TV. Inside the front door there is a washing machine and a tumble drier. One of the sitting rooms has a small snooker table and a few board games and a door leading to the patio. The other sitting room has a modern woodburner and TV. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one double with single sofa bed. The bathroom has an overhead shower. In one of the bedrooms there is a pair of binoculars to help see Dartmoor in the distance. A well stocked fishing lake is just a few minutes walk amidst trees. Game fishing is also available on the river Tamar on the farm. The cottage is ideal for touring both coasts and moors. Guest access Guests are welcome to walk around the farm, but please shut gates if you find them shut and keep dogs on leads please. Other things to note The cottage is beside the A388 main road which links the towns of Launceston and Holsworthy so can be noisy at busy times.
