A place of rest awaits you. An old farmhouse, beautifully renovated with a large garden and views of the mountain landscape of Switzerland. Not far away is the city of Wädenswil and the city of Zurich, as well as Lake Zurich and Lake Hüttnersee. The house is located on the hill above the town of Wädenswil, thus somewhat off the beaten track. The bus stop is right in front of the house and thus reaches the city center, as well as the lake and the connection to Zurich in less than 10 minutes. The space A retreat for couples and families, artists and people who need a break to reorient themselves. Our old farmhouse invites you to linger and is a perfect place for a break from everyday stress. The large living room (30 sqm) with dining area (large table with 8 chairs + trip trap high chair) convinces with charm and makes you want to have a harmonious evening. The stove is reminiscent of the originality of the house. The fully equipped kitchen with small dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator and Bialetti coffee pot and much more is looking forward to culinary cooking evenings. There are two bathrooms (with bath and shower) in the basement. The washing machine and dryer are also located on the lower level for use. On the second floor there is a children's room with a slightly larger bed (120 x 180). On the 2nd floor (attic, which you climb via a small fold-out ladder) is the large bedroom with the largest bed (200 x 200). The garden (700 m²) is right behind the house and invites you to linger. A seating area and dining table overlooking the Swiss mountains invites you to long summer nights. A children's paddling pool is also available. In front of and behind the house are parking spaces. 2 spaces. Bus stop right outside of the house. It takes 10 minutes to get to the city of Wädenswil. By car, you can reach the city of Wädenswil in 7 minutes and the city of Zurich in 17 minutes. It's 5 minutes to the highway. Sheets and towels can be used. The existing yoga mat is also available. There are two roommates in the house, two Somali cats. Xena and Mala also live there and would have to be fed twice a day. If this is not possible for any reason, they are also happy to move to a cat hotel for the duration. Before the handover of the house, the house is cleaned thoroughly. Guest access All rooms except the office are accessible to the guests. Other things to note There is a car (Skoda Octavia) which can be rented. Please inquire in advance when it comes to booking.
